The pickup was a little late due to traffic but we were well informed. The collection at the end was precise. Unfortunately everyone there also had pre-booked online tickets so the queue was long but it moved quickly. We still had plenty of time in the spa.★

Exceeded expectations. The spa is amazing. Marco was our local assistant who made sure we had all the information and things we needed to enjoy our day. We spent the full day at Therme easily. There is so much going on. I would recommend treating yourself to one of the sauna experiences. We did teabathing which was great. Food was nice and drinks are available throughout the spa. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. They keep the spa looking great all day and stick to the rules which was nice and made the experiences. You must have a towel for all saunas and use it under your feet as well if on top seats. I wouldn’t worry about getting a bed in my opinion as there is so much to do you don’t lay down a lot.★

Tiberiu was our drive to and from therme, his vehicle was so clean and nice smelling, its well kept, he was so friendly and informative he communicated well with out pick up and drop off, he really made our experience enjoyable smooth sailing and easy. Therme was absolutely incredible like milan spa and iceland sky lagoon all put together in one spa would highly recommend!★

Thank you Costy for a nice ride to and from Therme would definitely use again especially as a female solo traveller. Loved the spa and ideal time to go on a Tuesday evening as not too busy.
