This shuttle bus is very convenient. However, I strongly suggest you not to go Siam outlet, I have many outlets in many different country. This outlet does not have real deals and very small. Just waste of time. Instead do something in the city or go to iconsiam

Thank you so much, Xiao Zhang, for guiding us and showing us the history of the Grand Palace. He also kindly reminded us of things to be careful about. He arrived at the hotel early to wait for us. The car was very comfortable, and the driver, the lady, and the tour guide were all very friendly. I will definitely book again next time I have the chance!

The trip.com signage at Gate 3 collection point was quite small and not noticeable, I have spent quite time searching. The collection process was seamless, just show the qr code on the phone for redemption. Usage at any BTS station was seamless, tap in and out within the same day. Quite affordable if you take more than 4 trips per day.

This 10-hour private car service from Bangkok to Ayutthaya was an absolutely fantastic experience! Our Chinese-speaking driver, Mr. Zhou, was not only a skilled driver and communicated flawlessly, but also a local food guide. At lunchtime, he proactively recommended a Michelin-recommended Thai restaurant in Ayutthaya, and the food was authentic and amazing – absolutely delicious! After the tour, he even thoughtfully took us to the Ratchada/Chaut Night Market in the evening. Because our itinerary was so packed, we extended our stay by one hour, with a very transparent and reasonable overtime fee of 600 baht per hour. Mr. Zhou remained incredibly patient throughout the journey. Highly recommend Mr. Zhou! He made our group trip worry-free and created so many wonderful memories!

The customer service staff were excellent and very helpful with all sorts of details. They even created a WhatsApp group to facilitate communication. The driver spoke a little English and wouldn't just sit in the car waiting at each location; sometimes he would follow you around and take photos for you, which was very thoughtful.
