The bus was comfortable and big enough for me (I'm 170 cm and could stretch my legs). A bottle of water is provided. They made short stops for toilet two times on the way. AC was working fine. Foods are not allowed in the cabin.

Tung is very accomodating. She actually has skills in photography. Highly recommended tour guide. If there's more than 10 stars rating, I'd give it to her.

We picked up from the hotel at 8 am for this half-day tour. At first, I wondered why we had to go so early, but when we arrived at the glass bridge and skywalk, we realized that tour groups would start arriving in large numbers around 9 am, so we leisurely enjoyed a less crowded time. However, the Trip.com itinerary page stated that we would be visiting the "Sky Gate of O Quy Ho," but we actually went to the "Lonely Tree of Q Quy Ho," and the two attractions are quite different in size.

a little bit of walking to cat cat village, a amazing place, our tour guide lyly explained the history and how to make art like the cat cat people, lyly is very cheerful and friendly, but she forget a little to bring us shopping hehe, the whole trip was great 👍🏻

Clean and comfortable travel from Hanoi to Sapa. We just hope they have service to pick you up at your hotel to the bus station and to your next hotel accomodation. Overall, very satisfied.

The meeting point was at sapa stone church. Our guide was Sumy and she was very friendly and shared some stories with the group. The footbath at the end was a great way to end the walk. The walk was manageable. Instead of Phansi and La Dao Spa, the tour brought us to Sapana for the footbath and drinks instead.


