We participated as a couple who are not used to traveling! We felt at ease because the guide was very fluent in Japanese. And he was very kind! He taught us all kinds of things, including history and culture, while also telling funny jokes! We were very satisfied with everything from the tour time allocation to the various tourist spots! Everything went well. The driver picked us up from the hotel at the appointed time and took us back to the hotel after the tour. The sanctuary itself leaves a lasting impression! Seeing live elephants up close, feeding them, and walking with them through the park was absolutely amazing! It's a wonderful place for those looking for an ethical way to interact with elephants. There are no sticks, shows, or elephant rides here! The elephants are cared for and treated. The staff only use voice and hands to control the elephants during the tour. The elephants are not harmed here, which is very important! Keep in mind that the tour is conducted entirely in English, so at least a basic knowledge of the language is required. I really loved this place! I highly recommend it. Thank you to the staff for their hard work!

We participated in a group, there were nine Japanese tourists on the same day, plus two of us, the company actually arranged a tour guide for me, the tour guide Keng is friendly, very take care of us! The three temples have their own characteristics, ten suitable for punching in and taking pictures. To the 100-year market lunch, the price is flat, there are many choices!

Fast track service was good and really fast (even expensive compared to other provides) howewer I didn't get a buggy service that was included and paid in "combo" and I got wrong instructions from the service provider and lost 20-40 minutes of my time and walked a few km in the airport for nothing...


