Reviews: Full Island Panoramic Tour of St Kitts

So much local flavor! Our party of 6 (Oasis of the Seas) booked the private full island tour in an air conditioned van. Our tour guide, Spoonie, was interesting & accommodating. He told us fascinating stories of Christopher Columbus, John Newton, the slave trade, rum distillation, sugarcane production, Thomas Jefferson’s great grandfather, and the French/British conflict. Spoonie knew the names of all of the plants and trees. So many fruits and flowers! The streets were lined with colorful homes, beautiful churches, chickens, goats, large roaming herds of sheep, mangoes, breadfruit, almonds, custard apples, and bananas. We visited several historic sights that surprised us with their beauty and interest. Ours was the only cruise ship in port, so traffic was light. Roads were well maintained. We took the advice of others to bring water and snacks, and we were glad we did. The food for purchase along the way was chips, coconuts, sugar cane, and hot dogs. And, of course, there were lots of opportunities to buy the local beer, grapefruit soda (try the pink one!) and rum drinks. So much to see and do. We would love to come back and stay for a few days at this outstanding island. 10 out of 10!★

We were our Driver Elvis’s only two passengers. As we were both early & the ship was leaving at 4.30 we agreed what was important for us to see & set off. Elvis is a lovely man & was informative & coped really well with the hazardous roads & jam caused by a breakdown at the Fort. An interesting trip. Don’t bother with the Shipwreck Bar. Too busy, scruffy & restaurant staff rude but you might see a real free Monkey & Mongoose there. The next beach club Carambola further up was fabulous but like many of these beaches you hire a bed & brolly for the day & it’s only worth it if you are staying more hours.
All in all a great trip seeing some fabulous sights, getting great pictures & learning all about the culture of Basseterre.★

Spectrum ATV tour in ST. Kitts was awesome. Manner, was an excellent tour guide. If you want to experience ATV’s in St. Kitts I would strongly recommend that you book Spectrum ATV tours, it’s worth the money for sure. ★

What a fantastic excursion! Mr. Gray was an entertaining, educated, and fascinating tour guide. He asked the group when we started where we were from and then on the tour shared different events about the island that had connections to our home states. He is a walking well of information! From the batik plantation, to the fort, to gorgeous views, to an afternoon at the beach, the tour was everything we had hoped for. Ages in our group ranged from 8 to 70 and all enjoyed. Highly recommend!★

Great trip and great way to see the entire island! Dijon was an amazing guide with tons of knowledge. He’s super nice, very flexible and great with kids. Highly recommend for a nice way to tour the island
