The ticket arrived almost immediately after purchase and worked perfectly, both at the main entrance and inside the attractions where it was required. Wonderful place. Four stars and not five because it's unclear what the "expert advice" referred to in the product name is, as it doesn't include a guided tour or an audio guide. Essentially, it guarantees a visit to the Temple Park.★

Our tour guide Kevin was awesome and very informative! It makes a huge difference visiting a place with a local tour guide and one who is able to share the history with you too. The day was well planned, we visited Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace & Ming’s Tomb and stopped by a local restaurant for lunch, recommended by Kevin. The food was delicious. I would 100% recommend Kevin to anyone travelling to Beijing and needing a local tour guide. Thank you once again Kevin :)★

Initially, the female tour guide assigned to me, a surnamed Liu, was awful. I've never encountered such a poor attitude and such a lot of nonsense. She didn't even know there are two East Gates at the Temple of Heaven. We drove to the East Gate parking lot and definitely entered through this one. We couldn't find it for ages. I called her, and she was awful. She told us to find it ourselves, which made us walk around for ages. After we found it, she asked why I didn't use WeChat. "Did you add me on WeChat?" I was speechless. 😓 Luckily, the tour guide I was later replaced with, Cai, from the same company, was much better and well-informed. I'd only use a tour guide like her next time. I don't know how that Liu got the job!
