This kayaking trip was an unforgettable experience. Our driver was also our guide in the cave. Even the journey to the starting point, with its three river crossings, was an adventure in itself. Along the way, our guide told us a lot about nature and showed us various aspects of it. Inside the cave, we had headlamps, which we switched on at certain points, and the guide's laser light created a fantastic, glittering world. The only downside was that the tour operator, VIV, didn't pick us up until two hours later, and we weren't informed beforehand.

It was out of this world beautiful. Amazing experience. Only problem was not conflict of information. The tour start time was 8.30 am, but as soon as we arrived it was 9.00 am. The rest is very very good. Pictures aren’t the best, because water proof bad and movement make it difficult, but you can imagine. Fish, shark and turtles. All was amazing

Our guide was prompt, energetic, informative and passionate! He did an excellent job pointing out soo many places of interest, birds and creatures along the way. At Altun Ha, we had the place to ourselves, which was magical, and so basically got a private tour of a Mayan ruin, amazing. He was funny and made the history come alive for two tired tourists. I highly recommend this tour.

It was a very long day but totally worth it. Our guide was fabulous, we had a group size of 8 (4 of us and 4 others). The guide was knowledgeable and took such great care of us. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good mixture of history, exercise and adventure.

Amazing tour! We did both the cave tubing and the zipline. Our guide was amazing! He explained the history behind everything that we saw, from the wildlife to the different trees and plants, along with their uses. He made our excursion memorable and we 100% recommend. Worth every penny.


