I'm thrilled with this pass! I traveled all over Kyushu without paying a single yen, not counting local buses. You can book a seat, or just show up and hop on without a reservation. I exchanged the voucher right at the airport, following the advice in the comments. And I did the right thing. There were crowds at the JR office in Hakata.Trip.com picks
