It was a fulfilling trip that made my unplanned solo trip to Fukuoka shine. Even though I was traveling alone, I enjoyed being able to travel without feeling lonely thanks to Guide Yun-chan, who was like a friend! You shared great information whenever you had the chance, and above all, you were so kind that you will remain in my memory. The tour guide was very patient in introducing each attraction; highly recommended. Service attitude: extremely friendly, dedicated, attentive, and enthusiastic.
Professional competence: knowledgeable, engaging, fluent in languages, and the itinerary was well-planned and tightly scheduled.

I'm thrilled with this pass! I traveled all over Kyushu without paying a single yen, not counting local buses. You can book a seat, or just show up and hop on without a reservation. I exchanged the voucher right at the airport, following the advice in the comments. And I did the right thing. There were crowds at the JR office in Hakata.
