The time of the ride and value of the experience was what I anticipated, most definitely a highlight of my visit to NY! The narrator guide was so friendly and knowledgeable, she shared some personal stories and concern for a current situation with a loved one, I could sympathize with her, just us strangers didn’t have much to offer. The rest of the crew were very nice too and offered to take pictures of some passengers. Overall I definitely recommend it!★

The tour is incredible, even though 15 minutes is more than enough. I felt it went by so fast and I would have loved to stay longer 😅😂😍 but financially I could only afford the shorter tour. We had booked the 10:00 slot, but it was so crowded that it was full, so they made us wait until 10:30. However, as compensation, they gave us free photos, which was a nice touch considering the price of individual photos. A fantastic experience!!!★

My sister & I did the 9/11 Memorial Tour + Museum + Observatory and it was excellent. Our tour guide was a local New Yorker who was there that day who had great knowledge to share and local first hand references that most visitors would not have known that truly added to the experience. Thumbs up for front of the line to skip the crowds! The Memorial Pool & Museum are breathtaking, heartbreaking and powerful. We learned about the story of the white roses and more. So worth the price. 3 - 4 hours.
