Reviews: Kanchanaburi safari park giraffe photo booking supplement link (do not purchase for inquiries)
Guest User2026-08-06
The giraffe photo opportunity was absolutely fantastic and a dream come true! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, proactively guiding the giraffes and helping us capture the perfect shot. Their service deserves full marks! The only challenge was the sheer heat; I highly recommend bringing sunscreen, plenty of water, and a small fan. Even though we were drenched in sweat, the stunning photos made it all worthwhile, and I highly recommend it!

Reviews: 1-Day Tour to Kanchanaburi Zoo with Private Transfer [Photo Opportunity with Giraffes Available]|Death Railway + River Kwai Bridge

This is a highly recommended off-the-beaten-path tourist attraction, especially if you're bringing children to the wildlife park. The interactive experience is fantastic, offering a higher emotional value than the zoo in Bangkok.

Reviews: Kanchanaburi Safari Park + Trendy Cafe Day Tour|Bubble/Tropical Rainforest Coffee
Guest User2026-06-06
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The driver, a local, was incredibly responsible and picked us up at 6 AM. The ride was very smooth. At the zoo, the staff patiently helped us take photos, and we took many beautiful pictures. The cafe was also a great value, much cheaper than in the city, and the food was even better! In short, I think this trip was excellent value for money and a wonderful experience. Thai people generally seem very kind and down-to-earth; I didn't want to leave! I've fallen in love with Thailand!

Reviews: [Private Small Group Tour] Bangkok to Kanchanaburi Zoo + River Kwai Bridge + Death Railway Day Trip
Guest User2026-01-20
1 day trip out of BKK. Since we booked a private car for 2, we are able to request the driver to stop for short breaks etc. hotel picked up around 8am from Baiyoke sky hotel (BKK), about 2.5hrs, reached a train station and took ‘death railway’ for 40-50mins iirc. Once done, driver will pick u up from Thamkra Sae. (Prepare some cash for the train ride, they also sell food on the train). Once done, we headed to the safari park, its weekday and really quite empty. Loved the close encounters w animals and you can opt take photo w giraffe at extra 1000bhat. Decided to head back ard 3.30pm and reach bkk centralworld ard 6.45pm. Worth it? Yes for me. But do prepare things to do in the long car ride. Perhaps also ask the driver if u can snack in the car or take some short breaks too. (Many mcd/kfc/burger king/starbucks and malls along the way)

Reviews: Safari Park Kanchanaburi & Death Railway Private Day Tour
Guest User2026-05-26
The tour guide goes on the safari with you, so they can help you with pictures. As you go through the safari, the safari bus driver stops for us to feed the animals or take pictures from the bus. The animals (like the giraffe) would poke their heads through the window (can be opened and closed), so it was very very up close. For private pictures with giraffes, I saw that the jeep(?) had entirely open windows, and guests could climb unto the bonnet for pictures - but you would have to book/pay separately. Our tour guide was super helpful in terms of giving useful tips (where to sit for better view, which shows to go first, good photospots, etc). He also explained the history behind the Death Railway so we could appreciate it better. The journey to the places were also very smooth and comfortable. Overall, we were super satisfied.
