Thoroughly enjoyed this course, I booked last minute and I'm so glad I did. I was warmly welcomed, instructions were clear and not rushed. I made 12 chocolates and 3 truffles and there was lots of information about making chocolate. A really relaxing way to pass an hour or so. Definitely would recommend

the trip was excellent, visiting Comino and Gozo and the lagoons. The weather can cause a dampener on things as we discovered when it rained and the wind got up.

fantastic experience! the organiser communicated with use promptly and the crew were so helpful and really wanted you to get the most of the trip. We got to pick music for the trip and then used paddleboards to explore the shallow lagoon caves and go for a swim to look for fish and marine life. 100% recommend.


