It's very convenient and affordable. You can order it on your computer and scan the QR code to pre-download it to your phone. There's no need for complicated SIM card returns and resets. After boarding the plane, select your E-SIM account for your phone's network and deactivate your original account. Once you arrive in your destination country, remember to select mobile data first, then activate roaming. That's it!

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.

I definitely would recommend buying this if you don't care about having a functioning phone number. It was nice and I got the chance to use data exclusively despite wifi being everywhere in Seoul and Busan!

The SIM card worked perfectly from the moment I inserted it. Fast and stable internet, good coverage both in cities and during trips. I had no issues with connection or speed, even when using maps, social media, and video calls. Very easy to activate, no additional setup required. Definitely recommend for travelers visiting Korea.
