It was a great day out! The crew were super organised and friendly, they were also very patient with the dozens of tourists who didn’t speak much English. It’s a big boat with a couple hundred tourists, so be prepared for that. Lunch was great! We had a great day out and snorkelling on the reef was just incredible.★

Fantastic day with great staff who look after every need. We stopped at two reefs and had a great deal of time at each. I felt very safe and secure throughout, they really look after everyone. Great lunch too with options for everyone. The fish and reef were beyond incredible and I only wish I could have stayed longer in Cairns as I would absolutely repeat this tour! ★

The so-called "Chinese-speaking tour" is actually just a confirmation email sent to your phone by the merchant after you've successfully purchased and paid for the tickets. It lists the activities included in the package. However, there's virtually no Chinese-speaking service throughout the trip; it's essentially like buying two packages and then traveling entirely independently. On the boat and on the Great Barrier Reef platform, those who speak good English can learn more about the activities and have a smoother experience, while those who don't can just go with the flow. The overall experience of this tour wasn't as great as I had imagined beforehand; this varies from person to person because everyone's past experiences and expectations are different.★

Although you can snorkel from the Green Island beaches, the real Great Barrier Reef snorkel experience is vastly improved if you pay the additional amount to take the small boat to the reef and see vastly more of the marine life and beautiful coral. Truly amazing!★

It may be that the impact of the Malaysia Airlines incident and the abduction incident, there are not many people to go, which also makes me and my friends 4 people become the only 4 people on the day, whether it is in the car, on the boat or when eating, there is a feeling of chartering.
But the guide and the owner did not slack off, and the food tasted even better than the 5-star hotel buffet.
Because of the small number of people, the owner also took us to the locals we knew to see the crocodiles, let us touch, and has been very serious to help us find the long-nosed monkey, trying to let us see the nearest distance.
The fireflies at night are really spectacular, which is beautiful that cannot be recorded with words and cameras, and echoes the stars in the sky, making people unclear whether the stars are dotted with trees or the fireflies fly into the sky.★

Since we only had a short stay, we decided to take a quick afternoon tour. The boat ride to the island was very rocky due to the rain and rough weather. I got seasick and couldn't move, so I recommend taking motion sickness medicine if you are prone to seasickness. I was impressed to see sea turtles swimming gracefully nearby.
