The transfer went well. We were met with a sign and taken by minibus to the ferry crossing in Boracay. There we were also met and taken by ferry. Overall, everything was well organized. I recommend it.

We used this transfer and didn't regret it at all. No headaches on the way to the island. Our flight to Caticlan from Cebu was delayed by almost five hours, and upon arrival, we weren't listed by the company providing our transportation to the hotel, but customer service was available and they quickly resolved the issue. They responded promptly to WhatsApp messages and did everything they could to make our transfer comfortable. We didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for the boat or bus; they escorted us everywhere, helped us board, showed us everything, and provided full support. I highly recommend them.
