Smooth sailing literally...small fee for baggage handling needs to be paid at the port. Keep the change handy.
Reviews: Bohol - Oslob round-trip boat ticket | Whale Shark Watching Convenient Route

A great way to get directly from Oslob to Panglao, bypassing Cebu City. The actual journey time is 2 hours, plus time for boarding and disembarking (using a small boat, which is reached through knee-deep water). The crew will carry and load your large luggage. The scheduled departure from Oslob is at 11:30 a.m., but in reality, it's at 1:30 p.m. or 2:00 p.m., as the ferry is waiting for those who took the ferry from Panglao for a day of shark watching. The two-hour wait can be spent either on the ferry or back on shore. The journey was rough, and many people experienced severe motion sickness; it's best to stock up on motion sickness pills and take them beforehand. On our flight, every seat was occupied, and some passengers were sitting on extra plastic chairs, so it's best to wait until boarding.

The check in process was smooth and the boat was punctual. They displayed a movie throughout the ride. The seats are comfortable.
Reviews: Philippines Cebu-Bohol Island-Tagbilaran-Panglao Island Round-trip Boat Ticket (Economy Class/Business Class/Air-conditioned Cabin) one-way/Round-trip

Be prepared for an entrance fee of 30 pesos per person at the pier. Otherwise, the booking process is simple: tickets will be sent to you; you don't need to print them; you can show them on your phone when registering at the counter.
Reviews: Bohol-Oslob round-trip boat ticket | Efficient round-trip route for quick whale shark viewing

The ticket purchasing process is very convenient. It's best to arrive at Momo Beach at 5:40 AM, check in your ticket, and pay an extra 100 pesos for your suitcase, if you have one. People are taken to the ship by boat, and to reach the boat, you have to walk through the water. The water is above your knees.
