For those who are experiencing their first day in Delhi and are feeling lost, spending an afternoon with JD is the best decision. JD manages to open the doors to Indian and non-Indian culinary culture. We always felt safe, even though Old Delhi is very difficult for foreigners to visit. JD carefully selects places where you can enjoy authentic street food safely, and complements the experience with visits to hidden spots you wouldn't otherwise be able to visit on your own. Had a fantastic time with Palash today, great sights - he was super friendly, very knowledgeable and helps us out for lunch (2 vegans in the party and the restaurant originally only offered us vegetables, but he had a conversation with them to get us some more options). Aiyub was our driver and he was very helpful too, being quick to pick us up and making us feel safe in the Delhi traffic.

This semi-customized full-day tour is generally recommended: Firstly, the tour company is very flexible, adjusting the visiting locations and pick-up/drop-off points as needed. There was interaction throughout, showing their dedication and attention. 👍 Secondly, the driver worked very hard, acting as both driver and bag watcher due to temple access restrictions. This was incredibly convenient for those heading to the airport on the same day. Thirdly, the tour included a visit to Aksaddam Temple, with a last-minute addition of the Lotus Temple, all of which were arranged. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and provided detailed explanations. Ideal improvements: 1. Shopping: While not mandatory, I personally strongly dislike shopping malls in China due to their reputation and influence. They feel full of sales pitches and lack sincerity – this is just my personal opinion. 2. I suggest adding performance options like the Red Fort light show and the Aksaddam Temple light show to the Delhi itinerary. Music and dance are highlights of India; perhaps adding a tearjerker experience could be considered.


