This tour and guide was a thousand times better than the one we did earlier in the week. Our guide, Jason, wasn't reciting a script like the other tour, he was telling stories and sharing his/others' experiences. He was great, responsive, and authentic, which is what we wanted. The creepiest part was the abandoned Sanitorium building and the stories he shared of employees in the building next door, and a woman on his tour who worked there. When we got back to the hotel to look at our pictures, both my Sister and I captured this on the window of the building. We didn't see the large image of the man's face IRT, but both of our phones caught it. SUPER creepy! We wanted to do the cemetary ghost hunt but that's only on the weekends, so we will be back!

Loved our tour. The tour guide had lots of connection to the history of the city and told great stories. Very spooky! Recommend for others.

Reviews: Chattanooga: Express Trolley Tour

The tire was very informative and he had great with patience with my adult autistic nephew. The 4s were because once in a while he spoke really fast and I didn’t catch all he was saying but for the most part I could understood him. The trolley was a bit hot, but very accessible for my 86 yo mom who uses a walker. The troller had great handrails so she could easily get up the few steps. He also offered us complimentary waters which was very appreciative. Overall it was a very good overview of the city in an hour, just what we were looking for.

Our trolley driver was awesome! His wife was on the trolley and while she was nice, a little distracting and made it a little less professional as she had her bare feet up on the "dash" up front in a very short revealing sundress. Only appropriate at the beach or at home. " sorry to say as the driver/tour guide was GREAT!

This museum is a wonderful tribute to Medal of Honor inductees from the Civil War to the War On Terror. The museum is not an exhaustive representative because there have been over 5,000 given the Medal of Honor. Most are from Tennessee. Even if you are not from TN, your heart will soar in pride and thankfulness for those who fought selflessly for America.
