Had an amazing experience in Chefchaouen with Norman as our guide. He was so knowledgeable, professional and kind, kept the tour interesting with all the little facts he had to offer. Reviews: Day Trip to Chefchaouen "the Blue Town " From Fes

The organisers remained in touch and have us picked up at the blue gate by someone to take to the point where we met the driver. A young skilful driver, Sufiyan, who was polite and helpful. The journey was long from Fez but it was a worthwhile trip. The blue city was amazing, and people friendly there. We met another guide upon arrival at Chefchaouen who was good, appeared knowledgeable and had good sense of humour. He showed us around for an hour and then we explored the place for 2.5 hours ourselves before taking the van back at 4pm. Unfortunately the mini van’s AC did not work for most of the journey back to Fez. It was very warm that day so it made it uncomfortable at times. Overall a big thumbs up for the driver and local guide at Chefchaouen.★

I had a great day trip to Chefchaouen with Jaafar as my driver. He provided some great details about the city history on the way. First we stopped at the top to view the city, then he drove to the shopping area near the square and let me out to wander. I did some walking around to take in some of the sights, had lunch and did a little shopping. Jaafar picked me up and headed back to Fez. I highly recommend him for anyone needing a driver. ★

The whole experience was better than expected. We travelled with 2 young children and we were apprehensive of possible travel sickness. Our driver Yasin stopped in the first hour to Chefchaouen at a local cafe with a great view so we had some coffee and cake. He then took us to Chefchaouen and left us with a local guide Mohammed who was very knowledgeable, patient and took us around the entire Blue city revealing the history of this lovely place.
We had lunch at a local Moroccan restaurant again with a lovely view and we were the left to spend some time at our own leisure around the Medina.
Very friendly guides, who understood our needs and took us around Chefchaouen at our own pace.
Highly recommend this trip as a private trip as we didn't feel rushed and at the same time the price difference is not huge in comparison to a group tour.
