Lance was a knowledgeable and very helpful guide, his English was highly proficient. It was great exploring the farmers market with him. I learnt so much about Chinese food and culture. We bought fresh ingredients from the market resulting in a delicious and healthy meal. Auntie was a professional chef and helped us step by step through the cooking process. We were taught many useful techniques for making authentic Chinese dishes. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone interested in Chinese and Sichuan cuisine!★

The guide was very nice, we went to the market and learned much about local food and ingredients. we had a great cooking experience. Lance was a great translator and guide.
