I was extremely satisfied with driver Xiao Cui on this trip to Dujiangyan! He was warm, honest, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. His driving skills were smooth and safe, and the car was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable ride. He was very familiar with the roads in and around Dujiangyan, and his itinerary was well-planned, avoiding detours and wasting time, making the entire trip worry-free and reassuring. Along the way, he patiently introduced local attractions and offered practical travel tips, answering all my questions—he was very reliable. He proactively helped with my luggage, and his attitude was gentle and polite. Overall, his service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Dujiangyan. Choosing driver Xiao Cui will definitely give you peace of mind, comfort, and confidence. I will definitely choose him again next time! If I could rate him, I would give him 100 points. If I have the opportunity to come to Chengdu again, I will definitely use driver Xiao Cui again. [Roses][Roses][Roses][Roses] Now, let's talk about the tour guide. The guide's explanations were professional and vivid, leaving a deep impression. The guide was very familiar with the historical background, engineering structure, and cultural value of Dujiangyan. Using easy-to-understand language, he clearly explained the working principles of the three main projects: the Fish Mouth Weir, the Feisha Weir, and the Baopingkou Weir, allowing us to truly understand the wisdom of the ancients in water management. The guided tour was well-organized and highlighted key points, making it both interesting and informative. The service was warm and attentive throughout, with a patient and friendly attitude, timely reminders of important information, and consideration for everyone's pace. Under the guide's guidance, we not only admired the magnificent water conservancy projects but also learned a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge. The entire trip was fulfilling and enjoyable, a very satisfying guided tour experience. Ctrip always handles travel arrangements perfectly, from flights and hotels, which is why I always feel most at ease with them; they never disappoint. I will always support Ctrip. 👍👍👍

The excursion was wonderful and superbly organized. Our guide, Mark, told us a lot about pandas and Buddha. He answered all our questions and always had a little joke ready. Highly recommended.

The schedule is well planned, plenty time for each attraction. The driver 吳師傅 arrived hotel 30mins ahead to standby. The Panda base is not too crowded. The pandas are active in the morning. They are cute, we skipped the lunch session cos we were full, the bookstore and the giant panda sculpture are good for photo. That's some local restaurants near the sculpture. (The food smells good but we were not hungry) The last stop is the dujiangyan, the south bridge actually next to it. Therefore we get in dujiangyan and get up to those temples, and walk through the ancient town then get out at the south bridge, that will be a lot of steps if you desired to go up hill. The view is just manifasciant! We only watch the blue tears for 5mins due to the rain.

It was a unique experience! The guide tour was very nice and had patience with me because I do not speak Chinese. He provided me good info (meeting points, times, etc) The pandas were very active in the morning, the opera was really cool, and the blue lights in the afternoon were beautiful! Thanks for a great tour!

This itinerary was well-organized, ensuring all attractions were visited. It was a premium, all-inclusive tour with no shopping stops, allowing for a comfortable and worry-free experience. Our tour guide, Ms. Chen, was beautiful, had a sweet voice, was patient and meticulous, and provided excellent service throughout the trip. She accompanied us at all times, offering explanations and responding promptly to every request, fulfilling the responsibilities and obligations of a full-time tour guide! Five stars for her service! The driver was steady and reliable, always using his turn signals when changing lanes – a testament to his decades-long professionalism! Overall, a huge thumbs up!
