Reviews: Day excursion to a PRIVATE LUXURY BEACH CLUB with transportation.

This was an amazing experience! It was a beautiful location - very secluded and quiet - and the staff members were very attentive and friendly. It was my MIL’s 75th birthday, and they brought out a delicious slice of cheesecake and brownies that we ordered to make it memorable. The food was delicious.
The transportation to and from the resort had clear instructions and communication ahead of time to ensure a smooth experience. We arrived back to the port with time to shop before getting back on the cruise ship.
There was a lot of sargassum during our visit, but that’s nature and cannot be controlled. We made the most of it and still enjoyed it. May want to bring a little bug spray (though that could have been because of the sargassum).
If we’re ever in that area again, we will definitely return for another visit. Thanks again for a wonderful time and allowing us to create fond family memories there!★

Nacional Beach Club was a real treat!!! Wow!!! We were so impressed with the service, the food, the beautiful facilities (clean beautiful bathrooms, restaurant, bar). The beach chairs with chunky cushions were amazing. Also had massages available on the beach/sand. We would have wanted to stay longer. Will definitely return anytime we are back in Costa Maya.
Best service we received from any of the other areas we visited and from any of the other islands we visited. ★

We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion! Juan Corona was our knowledgeable friendly professional and VERY HELPFUL guide! Juan gave us a totally unique Mayan ruins experience with his knowledge of the Mayan culture and ruins.He was so enthusiastic and answered ALL our inquiries. He didn’t skip a beat from the first moment we meet til our driver Tino drove us back to our ship.
Tino was also a great teammate! His driving skills were excellent, cautious and timely getting us back in plenty of time for our ship departure from Costa Maya. Tino also gave us a refreshing cup of fresh local fruits to enjoy on our trip back.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and especially Juan Corona, our guide and Tino, our driver!
They were beyond GREAT!
PS I have an electric wheelchair. Juan and Tino both handled the chair with great care. If you have an ELECTRIC wheelchair call the company for additional information and advise.★

You have to travel for 45 minutes to get to the ruin. Have to climb a steep stairs or opt not to. Since some of us were seniors we opt not to go up. 🤗 Learned a lot about the Mayan’s ancient way of living, and governing. ★
