Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.

I purchased this for use in Beijing for 10 days. It worked well, and the data allowance was sufficient. However, there were some days when the internet connection dropped and I couldn't use it at all. But I contacted customer support through Trips, and they responded and helped resolve the issue quickly.

I used this eSIM during my recent trip to Hong Kong, and the overall experience was excellent. Activation was very fast; I was online within minutes of scanning, which was very convenient as I didn't need to change SIM cards. Because of the flight delay, I had to adjust my schedule. I really dislike Ctrip's shirking and pass-the-blank work style. Not only did they waste my time by constantly making phone calls while I was abroad, but they also ruined my mood.

Unlike previous self-driving tours, with a professional guide and driver, the trip was very comfortable, and everyone relaxed. Guide Xiao Ding and driver Xiao Shi were very professional and provided excellent service. The only drawback was that the seats in the vehicle were too cramped. Even we women found it uncomfortable, let alone a tall man over 1.8 meters. Sitting in the car for five hours was pure torture. I suggest improving the vehicle in the future, even if it costs more!
