The views cannot be described... these places are all a must visit!!! Thanks to our great tour guide Trevor we manager to enjoy the best spots in all locations... he knew the bits of history behind these areas and shown us all the best spots for photos. Very good English speaking young guy, very polite and helpful. Both the tour and the guide that accompanied us have been perfect!!

The flight was certainly a pleasant experience. But while we were trying to prove to the staff that we had purchased the tickets, we were sweating like crazy. We were asked to contact trips.com and cancel the tickets, and then buy them.

We were picked up at the hotel in a nice Air Con minibus and headed to the Grand Canyon. The experience had andrenaline and nature nicely mixed together with ziplines across the canyons and slides then river cruise with boardwalk through the natural lush stream. It was serene with breathtaking views. Our guide Allen was a real gentleman who was attentative and infomative and made sure we were safe and having a good time. As his english was fluent, we were able to discuss life and culture in china and history of Zhangjiajie area and food recommendations. Thanks very much James. We thoroughly enjoy the day..highly recommend this tour company.

I can't thank Amanda enough. She was punctual with the pickup and her service was impeccable. We were a group of six friends, and one of them wasn't feeling well that day, but Amanda was attentive the whole time and even went to the pharmacy and got him some fantastic medicine. She was professional, very organized, and recommended an amazing restaurant during the tour. Thank you for everything, Amanda!
