Rainbow Mountain: The 3km hike, taking 2 hours with 400m of elevation gain, is incredibly strenuous, especially in terms of breathing and headaches. Don't underestimate acclimatization if you want to avoid needing an oxygen mask. I was unlucky enough to get caught in a snow shower, but the scenery around the ridge is magnificent. There are, of course, lots of tourists. Regarding the tour agency and transport: Will, the guide, was great. Everything was clear, including the safety instructions, and the program was excellent. As for the driver, I advise you to ask to change buses if Nilston is driving. He overtakes on blind corners, brakes at the last second, and drives extremely fast. He drives with the windows open and the music blasting, which is unbearable at 5 am and even more so on the way back from the hike when we're all cold and have headaches... extremely dangerous driving, and yet I'm rarely afraid. He double-teams buses, trucks, cars, tourist buses... speed bumps galore... avoid at all costs.
