I bought the esim just before the travel and did the set up at home. On arrival in the plane near the terminal turned the phone on, set the use of esim and it worked. The coverage is good. The use of GB checked in my phone in settings - connection - data use.

Everything worked fine during my trip across the country. There were some spots where the connection was spotty, but that's typical for mobile phones. I didn't contact customer support, so I can't rate it.

Great option, got the 3GB one. It has excellent coverage in Turkey, Italy, and Armenia. Don't forget to activate and check beforehand.
