I really enjoyed the trip. They sent me a text message in advance with the pickup location. The car was comfortable, seating seven. The wide, comfortable seat had a phone charger, wide armrests, and my back was comfortable. The driver gave everyone a bottle of water, which was nice. We stopped at a cafe along the way, where we could get something to eat, drink, and use the restroom. The stop lasted about 30 minutes. The driver drove very calmly and professionally throughout the entire route, including the serpentine roads. There were wonderful views along the rapids. I loved it.★

It is completely different from the 3-row sleeping buses we commonly see during trips to Vietnam. For starters, the center aisle is incredibly wide, and the biggest advantage is that it is a 2-row sleeping bus. Additionally, it features reliable Wi-Fi and excellent staff service. If you are a traveler with plenty of time, it is a cost-effective option for transportation between cities.★

We took a bus to Da Lat. Overall, everything went well. The bus was very comfortable. There were two stops for snacks along the way: the first was a roadside cafe with delicious Pho Bo, the second—I don't know, I decided not to get off since I wasn't hungry. Upon arrival in Da Nang, they gave me a ride to the hotel. They did contact me very late, letting me know the tickets were already sold, but they were able to find an alternative time for the trip. So we arrived in Da Lat on time! So I recommend it.
