I had trouble connecting at first, but everything worked perfectly! I turned it on right at the airport and off we went. I've been to Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hanoi, and everything worked perfectly everywhere, with no outages. I only used up 5GB of data per day once, when I was listening to Yandex Music (not downloaded tracks, but Vodno). On the other days, messaging, surfing the web, and watching Instagram videos used no more than 2-3GB per day. I didn't use customer support, but I gave it 5 stars so as not to lower the rating because I was completely satisfied.★

Here's a photo of the shop where you can pick up your ticket. It's less than 10 meters from the actual scene depicted on the back of the 20,000 Vietnamese Dong banknote; you can't drive in by car. The ancient town has a great atmosphere.

My experience using the expedited immigration service at Ho Chi Minh City Airport was exceptionally smooth. Staff were on hand to guide me as soon as I disembarked, and there were no long queues throughout the process; the efficiency was very high. The staff were professional and friendly, making the process worry-free and time-saving. It's especially suitable for travelers with children or those in a rush. Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommend it!
