It's worth purchasing this ticket to maximize your travel time. If you don't purchase it yourself, you'll likely be waiting at least two hours. I didn't initially decide to purchase it, but I think it was a good decision. The excellent service, official signage, and the convenient entry system were a great value for my trip to Vietnam.
For those traveling in a group, don't waste your money. Fortunately, our flight wasn't delayed as expected.
Choosing an airline is important; no matter what time you arrive, you'll be guaranteed excellent service.
Regarding travel from your home country, no matter where you're coming from, you'll still be greeted with a warm welcome.
Another important thing is to have all your travel documents ready. This is crucial to avoid wasting time later.

I highly recommend this airport transfers, they’re very detailed and contacted me via email and whatsapp. They came on time to picked me up. I also booked group tours from them which is cheaper compared online (really worth it) I highly praise the customer service named tien who was very helpful. She made everything possible for me. I hadn't originally hoped for fast-track immigration, but many people online reported long lines at Vietnam immigration. I finally decided to book a service on my last day. After searching several companies, I found this one with a very reasonable price. The process was also very convenient. After paying, you'll receive a text message confirming your flight and name. After you disembark, an attendant with your name on the card will take you to the line. There were three people in line ahead of me, and the whole process took less than five minutes. The same thing happened when I left immigration. The attendant waited at the airport, and I was stamped and cleared in less than a minute. I found that a normal line would take more than 45 minutes. International travel should be smooth and convenient, and there's no need to arrive at the airport too early for departure. The only downside was the price. You have to select the date and program you need to pay to see the actual price, not the few dollars you see on the screen. I had always assumed it was a fixed price.★

I booked a car transfer to and from Ba Na Hills and much happier with the service! The customer services, Phuong Le provided excellent service, the arrangements were well made from her and the responses were quick. Also the driver, Tuấn Anh, was outstanding. He was punctual, friendly, and made the journey very comfortable. Car was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of air conditioning. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to visit Ba Na Hills!
