Our group of seven, including three elderly people and one child, was very satisfied with the itinerary. Our tour guide, Mr. Nie, was highly professional and provided many helpful tips. His explanations of the scenic spots were detailed and thorough, without any perfunctory or impatient manner. We've always trusted Ctrip, and this experience has only strengthened our loyalty. A good tour guide is a treasure for any travel agency and a favorite among our customers. We are very grateful to tour guide Nie Lijun for making our family extremely satisfied with this trip. The driver was also very nice and a very lovely person. There was one thing we weren't entirely satisfied with: the Jintai Oasis Hotel was terrible. The room's electrical outlets were out of power, the soundproofing was poor, and the breakfast was unappetizing. However, the beautiful scenery made me overlook the hotel's shortcomings, haha...
