I usually rent a pocket Wi-Fi device when traveling abroad, but this time I tried an eSIM for the first time. I was worried about whether I could set it up properly...what if it didn't activate...I only have a limited amount of knowledge, but I followed the instructions and it worked. I stayed in London and Helsinki this time and it worked without any problems, and even when I walked for a long time in a rural town in Sussex with no houses or people around, the signal reached me perfectly. When I moved from London to Helsinki, it picked up a signal immediately, which is so convenient! Of course, pocket Wi-Fi is easier to set up, but this is better because you don't have to go through the hassle of renting and returning it, or worry about losing it. And best of all, it's cheaper. I would like to use it again next time. (Note: I have rated customer support as "average," but I did not use it because I did not encounter any problems.)
