I was very satisfied with the group tour. Customer service representative 760735 was very helpful and attentive during the booking process, which deserves praise. The entire itinerary was well-organized and comfortable, without any fatigue. The hotels were a little basic, and while the meals weren't high-end, they showcased the characteristics of Korean cuisine. Our Korean tour guide, Ms. Kim, was warm and straightforward; we became friends immediately!
