We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Yang Guang. He was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and managed the trip very efficiently. The driver was also excellent—on time, polite, and safe.
Our visit to the Volunteer Chengdu Giant Panda Valley (private tour for 2 people) was truly memorable. We got to prepare food for the pandas, break bamboo, and cut bamboo leaves, while learning directly from the staff about panda care. It was exciting and very well organized.
The staff welcomed us warmly, and luckily it wasn’t too crowded, making the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The journey from the city took only about 1 hour and was very comfortable, including a nice lunch.
After the trip, Yang Guang also gave us great recommendations for other attractions, shops, and restaurants, which we really appreciated.

The teacher was very gentle and responsible. I learned a lot along the way, got to know Dujiangyan for the first time, and there was even a special base for handicraft activities, which was a great experience.★

This excursion was absolutely fantastic! We were picked up at the hotel, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our guide Vicky, who spoke excellent English. We enjoyed a delicious lunch by choosing for ourselves what we wanted to taste in the museum's tasting street, followed by an interesting tour of the museum given by Vicky. Afterwards, we got to work preparing three dishes ourselves, under the guidance of Vicky and an assistant. Everything in the air-conditioned kitchen was prepared to perfection. After preparation, a chef came to inspect our dishes, and we received a framed certificate! We were able to eat our homemade dishes at a beautifully set table with various drinks included, and we also received a goody bag to take home containing an apron, a chef's hat, and the recipes. Finally, the driver brought us back home. It was a really fun day, and we would recommend it to everyone.Trip.com picks
