We had a blast during the hike thanks to our guide Emillie. She made the hike interesting by sharing facts along the way and interacting with everyone. Our group chose the shorter route, thus giving us the flexibility to hike at our own pace. Lunch was a simple sausage bread with hot chocolate which was perfect for the weather! Overall, I would recommend joining this tour! :)

The trip was amazing, it snowed the night before so the trees were covered in snow! Even the journey to the national park was wonderful to see the tree-lined roads and being surrounded by nature. Gabor the tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and took his time with our group through the Riisitunturi National Park - I would recommend this tour to everybody as it was an incredible experience!

Fantastic outing to the impressive frozen waterfalls of Korouoma, followed by the Autiköngäs canyon with its incredible cascades and an old wooden slide. Our guide Lola was super friendly and energetic, with lots of anecdotes during the descent. We had a rare sighting of two hazel grouse in the trees. We had a great time with her, including in the very comfortable van.


