reverse tour was well planned. tour guide also stopped the bus to show us some wild koalas in the trees and wild wallabies. itinerary didnt really state the visit to the animal sanctuary. 5AUD to the driver can be paid via alipay/wechat pay

Before the trip, we compared various platforms and found Ctrip to be the most cost-effective because it's a local travel company. We later saw a branch of Ctrip in the city. The entire itinerary was well-organized and reasonable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, provided very detailed explanations, sharing a lot of information that independent travelers wouldn't encounter. Each stop had a designated time frame, ensuring the overall activity schedule was well-planned. Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the entire group was well-organized and harmonious, even when the tour was fully booked. The scenery along the Great Ocean Road is truly beautiful and worth a visit.

I really enjoyed the tour. It takes the whole day and you have time to see almost all the sights of the Grand Ocean Road. You'll see cute koalas along the way 🐨

The driver was very nice, very talkative the whole way, and provided excellent service – definitely a five-star rating. We were also very lucky; the weather was sunny all day.

Great Ocean Road was amazing! Our tour guide and driver Tony was very knowledgeable and brought great vibes to the tour. Every stop was brilliant with the best being the famous 12 Apostles. It’s a long day out but so worth it and great value for money! Would 100% recommend to any tourists who are in Melbourne area and got a free day.


