The facilities were good, but the service could be improved. For example, there was cigarette ash left by the previous guest in the bathroom. We stayed for three nights, meaning the cleaning staff cleaned for three days, but they didn't find it. Also, we asked the front desk to call a taxi to the airport, but incredibly, the hotel didn't use the meter; it was a fixed price. This was truly baffling. Of course, during our four days in Qingdao, all the taxis we took involved negotiating fares and not using meters, which was very unpleasant. The hotel is more suitable for a vacation; the beach is very comfortable.

It was pretty good. The tour guide visited every attraction. There was also enough time. I hope there will be more activities like this in the future.
