We arrived quite late, and the reserved tickets were already sold out. They immediately arranged for a tour guide to accompany us to the ticket office to buy tickets for us, and then explained how to enter the mountain, making things very convenient for us.
We had reserved tickets for the specific date of July 15th, but they were all taken, indicating poor management. Although we eventually got our tickets, it wasted a lot of our time.★

Very responsive, was able to book a last minute slot. Driver was friendly and careful with driving., Explained the sights to us and even helped us to check the opening hours. Brought us to the entrance and taught us how we should do the tour and recommended time★
