Our driver, Ms. Ma, was a very steady driver and introduced us to many local specialties. We asked to leave early in the morning, and Ms. Ma picked us up very early. We had a great time watching and feeding the seagulls at Dianchi Lake. On the way back, she even took us to Kunming Old Street. A relaxing and enjoyable trip!

My stay at the Atour Hotel was truly a home away from home. The hotel environment was elegant and comfortable, the rooms were spacious and bright, and the facilities were complete. The bedding was especially the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The hotel's location was also excellent; it's right next to a lively pedestrian street with a wide variety of restaurants. The front desk staff, including Shi Yu, were very professional, warm, and always ready to help. They even recommended many places to visit, which made me very satisfied. This stay has given me a much better impression of Atour Hotels, and I will definitely choose Atour again for my future trips.

The booking process on Trip.com was smooth. Unfortunately, after paying for the lunch reservation on the platform, the local official platform informed me that the Jueyan Restaurant in Kunming was closed for lunch on February 26th, and the lunch could not be served. They offered two options: reschedule or pay extra to reschedule for dinner. This is inconvenient for travelers, as their itinerary was already planned for several days. Therefore, better communication is needed. As for Jueyan, it was a very good experience, with different dishes served at the restaurant, and the food quality was good. The environment was also clean. If it hadn't been rescheduled, I would have been very satisfied.

Our driver (Old K) was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the trip. His excellent driving skills ensured a smooth and safe ride, making it comfortable for both the elderly and children. Because we were traveling with elderly people in wheelchairs, we specifically hired a private car for our tour, and the experience was fantastic. He received our itinerary arrangements, and since we hadn't purchased sightseeing bus tickets for the Stone Forest Scenic Area, he kindly went to the ticket center to inquire and help us buy tickets – very helpful! The car was clean, spacious, and a seven-seater, perfect for family trips. He arrived at the agreed-upon location early, was punctual, and reliable, providing timely pick-up and drop-off throughout the entire journey.
