The buffet is available until the activities end. We added transportation to the hotel, and the driver was very attentive. The boat trip wasn't as pleasant; they went very fast, splashing us, and if you don't tip them more, they don't answer or give directions. The life jackets smell bad, you can't touch the sloths, and there are only three of them. The wildlife exhibits are just butterflies and frogs, and there are very few of them. It's really expensive for what it is; it's not worth it. It's better to buy tickets for the activities directly at the location. The buffet food is varied and plentiful. The restaurant is nice, and the waiters are attentive. Alcoholic drinks are not included, but they do give you a complimentary drink (water or soda).
Reviews: Panama: Guided Northbound Panama Canal Cruise

This cruise was excellent. You learn a lot and get to see the locks close up. Everything you need or want to see is easily seen. We went Saturday, May 2nd. The boat was not overly crowded and you could move around freely. Breakfast was served and lunch with unlimited water, soda, and coffee throughout the trip. There are bathrooms on the boat. There are 3 decks-two open decks, an air conditioned deck. The 2 open decks have covered areas in the center for plenty of shade or cover for rain. It was a great experience. The staff was helpful and nice. My father in law uses a walker and is 86 years old and this cruise was perfect for him although I must say he can climb a few stairs which is needed to get up the decks.

Nice tour but long van ride (2 hours each way). Bring dry clothes, towel and food. After the van ride there is a short boat ride to the beach dive site. The reef is short swim from the beach. Tour guides were very nice and knowledgeable. At the boats there were some changing areas but there was no water since a pipe had broken. Reef was ok and there were some nice small fish to see. There had been some rain so water was a bit cloudy. We also got a tour of the small town Portobelo
Reviews: #1 Salsa Class in Casco Viejo - don't just see Panama... feel it!

I had no idea I would have this much fun! Immediately upon entering class, we were offered ice water (we were hot from walking) and Sangria for the adults. The staff was so friendly. I’ve been a dance instructor and these instructors were good at breaking down the steps and repeating them to help you memorize them. After class they invited us “into the wild” (Salsa Safari means salsa in the wild) where we went to a local restaurant and did real salsa dancing and routines. Boy what a time I had. I even made 2 friends from the class. I would definitely recommend for a fun time with lots of laughs!
