Because of the flight schedule, the trip was booked in a rush. The booking agent said there were no more Chinese-speaking tours, only English-speaking ones. We don't understand English, but we took the risk and booked this tour, thinking that as long as we could get back safely, it would be fine. The booking agent was very patient. Because of the time difference, she even asked a friend in New Zealand who speaks Chinese to guide us in contacting the driver and guide to get on the bus. The English-speaking driver and guide were also very responsible. At each stop, they wrote down the meeting time on our phones and called us when they saw that we had gone too far. They even gave us fruit for lunch. This was an unexpectedly pleasant trip, and I highly recommend it.

An amazing and memorable experience! The helicopter flight over Fox Glacier and Franz Josef offered breathtaking views, and the entire tour was very well organized. The pilot was friendly, professional, and provided great commentary throughout the journey. The staff were also helpful and welcoming. This was one of the highlights of our New Zealand trip and highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
