I lost my ID card as soon as I got off the plane, but the local hotel and tour guide were incredibly helpful in contacting the airports in Sanya and Beijing. Although I ultimately had to resolve the issue myself, I'm grateful for the enthusiasm of the Ctrip team and for the hotel's exception that allowed me to check in first. While the hotel wasn't a super-luxury beachfront hotel, the environment and service were absolutely fantastic, and swimming in the pool every day was a real treat. There was a large supermarket just a few hundred meters from the hotel, so the first thing I did that day was fill up the refrigerator. Our local tour guide for the next few days was Ms. Bian, who was extremely professional. She was adept at leading the group to see more sights and performances while minimizing distances, and she provided a wealth of information. We later became good friends and kept in touch on WeChat. These days, travel products are becoming increasingly similar in content; only by focusing on service can you create a truly memorable and meaningful trip for your customers. This trip made me a Ctrip fan, and I'll definitely be using Ctrip for my next trip!
