OK! Kenny team! The young, cute, and energetic tour guides were cheerful and friendly. The one-day tour was full of attractions, and the explanations and consideration for travelers during the trip were excellent. Amazing tour from Heritage, and our guide Two was awesome, funny and knowledgable at the same time. The pick up was right on time, smooth ride, the locations they picked for the tour were amazing, we had enough time fo visit everything. Also the lunch was rich and amazing. I opted for a tour and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire itinerary was well-organized, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and each site offered something unique.
The Wu Cave is definitely worth climbing—the views from the top are breathtaking. My favorite part was the boat trip in Trang An. The scenery was serene and enchanting, and drifting among the limestone mountains felt like stepping into a movie.
The transportation was comfortable, the lunch was delicious with plenty of options, and the whole day felt smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi! Absolutely great value for money.
