The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.★

It was great, but three and a half hours at the outlet mall wasn't enough at all. The driver was an older lady who even helped take photos, which was nice. It would have been fantastic if we could have spent more time at the outlet mall, and you can even see Mount Fuji from there!★

While the experience was good the initial pickup was a disaster. The purchased itinerary did not provide us witht he bus number but only pick up point and nobody was there at 8.20 as advised and it was raining.★

At the entrance to the bus that took us to the Outlet, the driver demanded a QR code, which we didn't have on our ticket. He got angry and kicked us off the bus. We ended up standing in line again, and he reluctantly and irritably agreed to accept our reservation number. I was worried that the driver would get on my nerves again on the way back from the Outlet. But on the return trip, the one I'm reviewing, there was a different driver who immediately checked our reservation number with a smile and politely invited us on the bus. Thanks to him.★

Good driver. Drove safely. Chan, the tour guide, was also nice and clear. It's a shame we left later than planned, but it wasn't too bad in terms of time and didn't spoil the fun. A great experience at Mount Fuji. Being able to see the mountain...was worth it.
