The entire booking experience has been hassle free. Everything from ticketing, to the lounge and to boarding has been easy and straightforward. The sleeper train experience was wonderful too. The train was clean and the facilities in good condition. Trang provided excellent support and services. She got in touch with me quickly once the booking was confirmed on Trips and sent me details about the trips. She also sent me the train tickets a week in advance as promised and replied to my message quickly. I will strongly recommend her service.

Honestly, this activity was fantastic! Discovering Hanoi by Jeep is a truly unique and incredibly enjoyable experience. You see the city from a different perspective, far from the usual tourist routes, and it allows you to discover places you would never have visited on your own. The driver and guide were very friendly, professional, and always smiling. They explained Hanoi's history and culture well, while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good mix of tourist areas and more local zones. The Jeep is comfortable, and being in the open air makes the experience even more immersive, especially in the bustling little streets. We stopped several times to take photos, explore markets, and experience the real life of the city. The organization was excellent, the schedule was respected, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this activity if you're in Hanoi!
