The trip went well, except for the bad weather and fog. There were also very long lines at the caves. All companies have the same route.

We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience. The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly. On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience. The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included. Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.

Reviews on tours It was a fascinating tour beginning with a water buffalo ride, followed by cycling through the countryside to a duck farm and an organic farm. The tour guide Ms nhân introduced us to various types of vegetables grown in the field. She was enthusiastic and helpful. After lunch we took a basket boat ride along the coconut forest and saw a basket boat spinning performance. The whole trip was both entertaining and educational.

The tour on a boat is a must in Catba. Tour bus came to pick us up to the hotel and drop us off after we finished. Everything was well organized and we have plenty of time to rest

The service they offer is the same as what you receive. The staff was very friendly. The boat is the same as the one in the photos. The food was varied and plentiful, and the activities met expectations. Highly recommended!
