We enjoyed everything. Hallstad is the icing on the cake. Ideally, we would have stayed a little longer, but it was worthwhile to visit Salzburg and the Abbey. I recommend the trip.

It was an amazing day trip and had a wonderful experience! Rina and Amy were very helpful and always happy to answer our questions. Rina took pictures for us when we got to Hallstatt and printed them out for us which was very sweet. They also gave us coffee and a snack to eat on the coach.

This half day tour is a great and convenient way to visit Hallstat. It is of course more expensive than taking the train or public bus+ferry to get to Hallstat, but it is certainly a time-saver. It's essentially a direct bus trip to Hallstat with a bit of commentary of interesting places that we passed and some history. Once you reached Hallstat, you will go around on your own for about 2.5 hours and the bus will come to pick up at a certain time. The 1.5 hours ride is comfortable and there's a power point at your seat if you need to charge your phone.

Rina is an excellent guide, despite the language barrier, being French with limited English. The excursion is highly recommended; a wonderful discovery of the town of Hallstatt, especially with the snow – it's incredible.


