A luxurious experience in an unparalleled natural setting. Everything was perfectly coordinated, with meticulous attention to every detail. The sunset over the bay and the view from our balcony made all the difference. I especially appreciated the tranquility of being somewhat secluded at night, which allowed me to enjoy the scenery even more. Excellent service and cuisine.

It was a jam-packed tour. The guide contacted us via WhatsApp the day before with details, which eased our worries. Ha Long Bay itself is quite a tourist destination, so there are a lot of people. The cave system is very large and impressive.

We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience. The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly. On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience. The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included. Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.

One of the most beautiful cruises in Halong Bay. We were lucky to get the booking on the first day of Tet when everything else closed down. The attraction areas were packed even during the holiday. Very friendly and professional staff. Food was average, and over-crowded buffet area. Could only get whatever was left.

We really enjoyed this day trip. Our guide, Jonny, was in touch before the trip and was very polite and pleasant. The bus was very comfortable, with Wi-Fi and water. The Sapphire ship isn't exactly new or luxurious, but it was worth the money. The lunch buffet was decent (drinks not included), and in the evening we had fruit and wine (Dalatian, not very tasty). The ship has three decks, clean showers and restrooms, and a warm jacuzzi. The transition between activities was organized quickly and efficiently. We really enjoyed it; it's a shame we couldn't book an overnight stay.

I liked everything, the tour was very interesting, the buffet was good, there was plenty to choose from, the nature was super, the only inconvenience was the huge number of tourists.


