We contacted the hotel in advance, and James arrived a little earlier than the appointed time and walked us to the bus. The bus was very comfortable, and the seats could almost recline. There were two short stops there and one back. We really enjoyed the paid boat ride, a mini-excursion, and then we went rafting. There were some collisions between kayaks and boats, but we had a bag and camera with us, so we decided not to risk it. The cave was great, and we climbed up to the island. There was plenty of food, and the extra charge for drinks wasn't that high.

We were met at the designated location and taken on a comfortable air-conditioned bus. A polite and pleasant guide accompanied us throughout the entire trip and conducted excursions. The program is packed with activities that will keep you busy: kayaking on boats, a visit to the Surprise Cave, landing on Titov Island (the so-called most Russian island). You can swim on the island and climb the stairs to the observation deck. The excursion sites are expected to be crowded, as several groups are traveling simultaneously. The guide provides information about the sites. On the ship itself, there are luxury cabins with a bathroom in each cabin, and the buffet meals are delicious! Dinner is a tasting set menu, where you can try a variety of dishes (drinks are paid separately in all cases). There is also a Vietnamese roll master class on the ship - don't miss it; you'll try making it yourself. And of course, all this time you'll be among the very beautiful small islands in the bay.

First of all, the tour was amazing. Halong bay is must visit. Everything is as explained in itinerary. I was thrilled by the beauty of the bay. Lunch was good, delicious. There are options for vegetarian foods l as well. But if you need any drink you have to purchase on the cruise. Also jacuzzi was great after the heat. The cruise was equipped with showers and clean bathrooms. The cruise staff were very helpful. Also, our tour guide, Hien, he is amazing person. He was very helpful and did his best so we could spend good time. We also took extra tour on speed boat which cost us 350K dong. I highly recommend it. Thank you Hien for making our trip memorable.

We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience. The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly. On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience. The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included. Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.
