I rode in the front, and it was the best place with plenty of legroom. The driver turned on the massage function in the seat and reclined the backrest, as if he knew my back had been sore all morning. We rode confidently, without rushing or shaking; I even dozed off a bit.

Was picked up in a regular car with 4 other passengers. Drove 20 minutes to the black mini van, changed cars, drove for about 2 hours in the mini van with 1 pit stop. Overall, everything was smooth.

🚐✨I thought the 3-hour drive from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay would be tiring, but it wasn't at all! This time, I booked a shared luxury 12-seater minibus, and it was incredibly comfortable! The interior was clean and spacious, with reclining seats, USB charging ports, and bottled water. The driver was steady and safe throughout the journey, even stopping at one point to let everyone use the restroom and buy small items. It was quieter and more relaxing than I expected; the whole trip felt like a vacation. 😌 Best of all, they dropped us off directly at the Ha Long Bay pier, so I didn't have to transfer or drag my luggage. For this price, the quality was amazing! 👏

Overall, everything was great: a wonderful lunch and excellent staff. The only thing we couldn't do was swim because we couldn't find a decent beach to moor at!

Great service and comfy cabin! Really impressed with HK Buslines. The bus was clean, the cabin was comfy, and the bed was surprisingly cosy for an overnight trip. But the ride felt very shaky at times, especially on winding roads, and engine noise made it hard to sleep deeply. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. A straight bus from Sapa to Ha Long saved us hours of transfer hassle. Staff were helpful and communication via WhatsApp was clear. No toilet on board, but we made few rest stops so it was fine. Would definitely recommend!


