Great service and comfy cabin! Really impressed with HK Buslines. The bus was clean, the cabin was comfy, and the bed was surprisingly cosy for an overnight trip. But the ride felt very shaky at times, especially on winding roads, and engine noise made it hard to sleep deeply. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. A straight bus from Sapa to Ha Long saved us hours of transfer hassle. Staff were helpful and communication via WhatsApp was clear. No toilet on board, but we made few rest stops so it was fine. Would definitely recommend!

I have bought round trip, round trip both trips in the middle of each have to stop a drop-off point, when going he took us to a rest stop place, there are merchandise, souvenirs to purchase, as well as simple meals and drinks.
