The entire tour was well-connected. Although each attraction on the shore was relatively small, there was lunch on the boat, afternoon tea at sunset, opportunities to visit caves, take a bamboo raft ride, stroll on the beach, and climb mountains. The tour covered everything, making for a very enjoyable experience.★

Our 1-night, 2-day Ha Long Bay tour with Arcady Cruise was a truly relaxing and heartwarming experience.
A huge thank you to Harry and the entire crew. Everyone was exceptionally kind, attentive, and kept us safe and comfortable throughout. Harry was an outstanding guide who explained every sight and activity with genuine passion and care.
The highlight was how they celebrated our son's 8th birthday. We had casually mentioned it during onboarding, and the crew remembered—surprising him with a cake and a lovely celebration that our family will never forget.
While the ship feels slightly dated, it was spotless, completely odor-free, and very well-maintained. We also appreciated that optional paid activities and drinks were clearly explained with zero pressure or upselling.
If you are looking for a Ha Long Bay cruise, I wholeheartedly recommend Arcady Cruise!★

The staff kept me informed via WhatsApp from the day before departure, so I had no worries until departure.
The tour was packed with activities including cycling, a visit to Bai Dinh Temple (pagoda), lunch, a Trang An boat cruise, and a hike to Mua Caves (the "Stairs of Hell"), making it a very fulfilling experience (the tour structure can be customized according to your preferences). Lunch was a buffet style with a wide variety of delicious food.
Our guide, Tom, spoke in clear and easy-to-understand English, so even though I'm not fluent in English, I was able to understand most of it. He also answered my questions about the temple carefully using a translation app, which I found very helpful.
Thanks to the well-structured tour and the guide's high skill level, I had a very enjoyable day.
If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that although the bus had VIP-style leather individual seats with massage functions, the legroom felt a little cramped. A little more space between seats would make long journeys more comfortable.★

Had a great cooking class with Hailey. We did a little „market“ stroll which was more of a walk in the direct neighbourhood to get the needed ingridients for the dinner. Cooking Class was super and we prepared five meals. Hailey did an exceptional job describing the meals, ingridients and cooking steps. Much recommended experience★

I took a Halong Bay cruise tour departing from Hanoi, and it was very fulfilling and enjoyable. The guide was handsome and kind, so I was satisfied throughout the entire itinerary, and I appreciated his energetic demeanor despite the packed schedule. I marveled at the breathtaking scenery of Halong Bay, rode a snake boat, explored Sung Sot Cave, and visited Titop Beach. On the return trip, we wrapped up with a light party on board. It was a wonderful and fun experience.
