The service they offer is the same as what you receive. The staff was very friendly. The boat is the same as the one in the photos. The food was varied and plentiful, and the activities met expectations. Highly recommended!★

Since the return flight was at night, I used the 120-minute signature course after checking out the hotel. It is geographically convenient in the center. The service, cleanliness, etc. are perfect and the cospa is also a good spa. There seems to be a store with a similar name nearby, so it is recommended to go while paying attention to the map.★

Good experience in the ha long bay. We did kayaking (another option is to do group boating) and went to the caves. The tour guide explained about the caves really well. Only issue was I our booking. We made the booking late at night for the next day and it got confirmed in the app. The next day we were told there are no seats available for our booking. The tour operator asked us to cancel our booking but the cancellation fee was too high. As we had other activities planned we went ahaead and paid 200k VND extra to join the tour.Trip.com should take special care about the booking process and should not charge cancellation fees if the operator is asking us to cancel the booking . This was a frustrating experience and there was no customer support for our booking.
